The ProProfs practice exam was very helpful, especially being FREE. The only improvement that could be made would be an updated version focused upon the objectives and questions covered in the A+ 2009 test. That being said, there are still similarities which can prepare you for the new test. Keep in mind that the 2009 test has phased out many of the questions regarding older technology.

I found this practice test very helpful and informtive. Anyone preparing to take the A+ Certification exam is well advised to use this for preperation for the exam.

Comptia A+ Software Doesn't cover XP questions, but does provide drilling on more common IBM POST codes.

Works great with "normal" websites. Tried to download some documents from a QuickPlace (Lotus Notes) site as an archiving experiment but didn't succeed. Comes up with the password request but fails to download. Mario

This is superb. I am about to go with my 80-year-old father to Northern France and Belgium to where my grandfather (his father) served during the 1914-18 War. Since 3G broadband is still stupidly expensive for UK users abroad, I was expecting to have an internet 'blackout'. Thanks to PageNest, we can take various key websites with us ... and it is SO easy to use - sincere thanks !!!

This program is great for multiple uses. I am using it to make sure I always have a website that I am worried might not be there in a few months.

PageNest Free: very good, still needs tweaks I tried several "download the entire site" programs recently, and PageNest Free was one of the easiest to use, and had a very clear and easy to understand interface. Best free choice I have found so far but: Program is not stable, crashed on me several times. Even though I tell it not to relink anything it insists on altering code. My purpose for this type of tool is to download potential clients existing sites and make changes to it as offerings to them. I need folder structure and code to be exactly as it is in site with no changes. My revamped code needs to fit in their existing folder structures with no cliches. But unfortunately it did not help me too much because I am trying to use it to download entire websites with it's all links content which are pictures(photos) but your program download only the first page and what I got only the small images which are very small and iam looking for the large pictures from the gallery website. And I want to get what I am in need of while I am online in my workplace so that I can surf them offline while I am home.

I downloaded Free Download Manager 3 and used it immediately. It is, in fact, averaging four to six times faster than downloads performed without it. It is not intrusive and is very straightforward in use. The only issue that I have- and this goes for all download managing software- is that it is not always a simple matter to actually provide the correct link on some downloads as the URL is essentially masked from you. I have yet to try downloading torrents with it. This program is outstanding, though. Thanks!

I peviously used FDM integrated with Firefox , as it eliminated the need to start again if the net connection dropped out . But recently I tarted to use Chrome which doesn\'t seem to have the the same ability to integrate with FDM , so I have gone back to Firefox . Which has solved my download problems

Seems a good refresher & helpful for cramming. For GenX young-folk, there are typos. 1 bugged my eyes out early on page 2. I don't think M$ ever released a congig.sys for use in any OS. Good for waking up a tired brain.;) Gr8 for recalling trivia I haven't cared about in over 10 years which I'll grant still are important to have some grasp of like learning basic electrical & electronic theories to nearly any engineer or doctor.

Initial link misleading- Where is the test? While I did enjoy the guide, the link that sent me here stated there would also be a free practice test. I appreciate the study material, which I already have a ton of but what I was really looking for was an actual test with maybe 20-30 questions on it.

Useful for testing application output I used this as a virtual printer to test out what would be printed by some test applications and how it would look like once printed. This saves a lot of paper. Good for the environment!

Good Solution I have a Windows based SCADA system that automatically prints out a 'snapshot' screen page of daily accumulated totals, averages, and other values at midnight each day. If the printer malfunctions or runs out of ink, the data can be lost! With your Documalis Free Printer, I set it up so that the print outs go to a folder in PDF format. From there I can print them to the printer as needed and when needed. Very cool. I would like it to be totally unattended (silent) but for now I have to click a button to finish.Paul Bibby
